  • Deposit of Guarantee: 250€ restored or destroyed after the inventory of fixtures in a maximum of 7 days (stay of 3 nights and more)
  • Housekeeping deposit: 55€ returned or destroyed after the inventory of fixtures in a maximum of 7 days

In order to avoid last minute inconveniences, remember to :

  • Cleaning products, sponge, tea towels not included (kit available at the reception)

In order to respect the environment, we ask you to behave in an eco-responsible way when leaving your flat. Therefore, we kindly ask you to :

  • Turn down electric heaters and convectors
  • Wash dishes and empty dishwasher
  • Collect rental linen
