The residence has the following facilities:

• 13 Villas for 6 people and 10 chalets for 6 people fully equipped and functional with kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom
• A reception room that can accommodate 150 people seated

Discover our group accommodations: 5 ecological chalets of 35 m², for 6 to 8 people. As well as 13 villas/gîtes, for 6 to 8 people, with a surface area of 75 m². Enjoy spacious and modern accommodations, specially designed to welcome large families and groups of friends in an authentic atmosphere near the medieval city of Chinon.

These large capacity cottages (sleeping 140 people) will suit groups of friends and families who wish to stay for a weekend or a vacation. Each apartment will seduce you with its contemporary interior design and modern equipment.

They will also meet the needs of groups looking for a place in the middle of nature, close to the Loire castles, to organize a wedding, a cousinade or other festive and warm events during a weekend or an extended stay.

The residence does not have a restaurant on the spot, however a multitude of gastronomic restaurants and other shops are in the surroundings of Moncontour. During your group walks, discover the local products and the refined gastronomy of the Vienne, elaborated through its traditions. From the Chabichou cheese to the Poitou log to the Poitevin stuffing, you will discover all the local specialities.
